MKY Telugu Typing is built around local-first drafting and transparent browser features.

Draft storage

Drafts are saved in the browser’s LocalStorage and IndexedDB on the device you are using. They are not sent to an MKY application server by this project.

Voice input

Voice typing uses your browser’s Web Speech implementation. The browser may send voice data to its own speech recognition provider under that provider’s terms; MKY Telugu Typing does not receive or store your microphone audio.

Optional suggestions

When online, the typing studio can ask Google Input Tools for alternative word suggestions. The English word currently being typed may be sent to that endpoint. Local transliteration still works if the lookup is unavailable.
