Everything you need to keep writing.

A quick reference for phonetic typing, voice input, drafts, and the editor tools.

How do I start typing?

Use the blue Phonetic input field. Type an English sound such as “telugu”, “namaskaram”, or “meeru ela unnaru”. The Telugu editor updates as the input changes.

Why does a word need a suggestion?

Some English spellings can represent more than one Telugu word. Pick a suggestion chip for the intended spelling, or edit the Telugu text directly in the large editor.

Voice typing guide

Tap Start, allow microphone permission in your browser, then speak Telugu naturally. Tap Pause when needed. Voice recognition depends on your browser and network provider, so Chrome-based browsers usually give the most consistent result.

  • Use a quiet room or headset for clearer recognition.
  • Keep the tab open while dictating.
  • Review and edit the final Telugu text before exporting.

Useful keyboard shortcuts

The editor supports familiar shortcuts to keep your writing flow fast.

  • Ctrl/Cmd + S saves the current local draft.
  • Ctrl/Cmd + K copies the Telugu output.
  • Ctrl/Cmd + F opens Find & Replace.

Browser compatibility

Typing, local drafts, themes, and exports work in current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari releases. Voice typing and PWA installation depend on browser support for the Web Speech and install APIs.
